Mrs. Bademosi, a graduate of London College of Journalism and Mass Communication (1983) was the recipient of Newswatch Magazine's Prime International Achievers, Gold Award for Excellence. She was nominated in 2004 for an Award of Honorary Fellowship Doctorate of the Institute of Journalism and Management, Enugu State, Nigeria and she is also a recipient of the Distinctive Humanity Award 2005 - Champion of the disabled. She was recognized internationally and nominated for the Award of Honorary Doctorate degree of the Commonwealth University Belize in conjunction with the London Graduate School in 2012. Mrs. Bademosi enjoyed a thriving career in journalism before branching into education. In 1979, she was an announcer with the then Radio O-Y-O. Between 1984 and 1986, she worked with the Nigerian Cocoa Board as a Public Relations Officer. Mrs. Bademosi has always loved children and enjoyed their company while working with the great Broadcasting Corporation of Oyo State (BCOS) as a Newscaster and presenter, handling various children's programmes on radio and television. Her innate passion for children propelled her to start the Juniors International Nursery and Primary School in 1998. The school was established to create the most conducive learning environment for children from infancy to age 10. The school continued to grow under the leadership of Dr & Mrs. Bademosi and ten years later in 1998, the College arm was established. Mrs. Bademosi is assisted by the Executive Director and the Principal both seasoned educationists and together they have continued to plan and execute the academic, social and spiritual programmes of the group. Mrs. Bademosi, a fervent child of God, is also an ordained minister of the gospel, and the President of Well of Salvation Ministries (A Mission Agency committed to reaching the unreached with the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ). Her marriage to Dr. Yele Bademosi has been blessed with lovely children. |
